Subaru will be introducing some updates to its BRZ sports coupe on April 16, ranging from improvements to its driving characteristics to new body colors.
On the driving front, the electrical power steering system has been made heavier to improve the car's driving characteristics.
As for the car’s aesthetics, decorative satin silver is now used on the steering wheel spokes and shift panel, while Lapis Blue Pearl and Pure Red are the new body colors.
Subaru is also adding two new trim packages to the BRZ. The R Customize Package adds touches of comfort to the race-ready R trim by adding manual air-conditioning, a floor silencer and a trunk mat. The higher-grade S trim, on the other hand, gets cruise control, a new eight-speaker audio system with an additional amplifier, and leather- and Alcantara-clad seats.
Let's hope some of these upgrades make it to the Philippine-market BRZs.
