Toyota Motor Philippines is offering the 2010 Toyota Motorist Assistance Campaign with two services to help motorists keep safe at the onset of the summer season and during the Holy Week.
"The project, now on its 19th year, is an annual, non-profit, civic-oriented service activity that aims to extend customer service to all motorists during the holiday," Toyota Philippines said.
Toyota Philippines' Free Pre-Holy Week inspection
Until March 30
20-point checkup including inspection of:
- wiper blades
- lights operations
- aircon cooling performance
- fuel level indicator, fluid and hose condition
- engine
- transmission
- brakes
- engine cooling system
- power steering
- spark plugs
- exhaust system
- shock absorber
- drive shaft boot
- brake system (parking brake, pad and shoe thickness)
- tires
The free pre-Holy Week inspection--aimed at keeping all vehicles roadworthy during the holidays--is offered in all Toyota Philippines dealerships nationwide.
Toyota Philippines Roadside Assistance
April 1 (Maundy Thursday) and April 3 (Black Saturday) - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
April 2 (Black Friday) and April 4 (Easter Sunday) - 8 a.m. to 12 noon
Emergency roadside assistance for car problems in parts like:
- engine (overheating)
- underchassis
- electrical
- aircon
- steering wheel
- brakes
- wheels
On-site and roving Toyota Motorist Assistance teams will be located in the following Caltex stations:
- Upper Session Road, Baguio City
- Rosario, La Union
- Moncada, Tarlac
- Tagaytay City
- Turbina (along the Pan-Philippine Highway), Laguna
- Calamba (national highway), Laguna
- North Luzon Expressway (no roving team)
