Honda to raise City, Jazz prices

Still holding off on buying either a Honda City or a Honda Jazz? This may be the best time to get your checkbooks out already.

Honda Cars Philippines is raising the price of the City by P5,000 and the Jazz by P10,000 next week.

Starting October 1, the Honda City 1.3A will cost P681,000, while the manual and automatic transmission variants of the Honda City 1.3S will be sold at P721,000 and P761,000, respectively. The top-of-the-line Honda City 1.5E will cost P811,000.

Prices of the Honda Jazz 1.3S manual transmission will be adjusted to P732,000, while the automatic variant will cost P772,000. The top-end Honda Jazz 1.5V will be priced at P832,000.

Next week's price increase marks the end of the City's introductory prices since the current-generation model was launched in January.
