Ford Philippines is set to unveil the new Everest later this month. While there are still no specific details as to what the changes will be for this refresh, rumor has it that this Everest will sport Raptor-like specs, with a 2.0-liter bi-turbo engine mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission under the hood.
One thing’s for sure, though: The American carmaker plans to hit the ground running, as it will hold the Ford Island Conquest test drive event a day after the launch of its refreshed midsize SUV. Happening on August 10-11 from 9am to 9pm at the MegaTent Events Venue in Libis, Quezon City, customers can get the chance to test-drive the new Everest during the event. All purchases of the new model during the event will also come with a free 5-year Scheduled Service Plan (SSP).
On the other hand, reservations for other Ford models such as the EcoSport, Mustang, Ranger, Explorer, or Expedition that will be made during the festivities will also entitle potential buyers with an additional cash discount up to P100,000—and this is on top of the company’s Truck Month and Big Deal offerings.
