Hyundai Quezon Avenue has one hell of a promo this month: Until July 31, customers who purchase a brand-new Santa Fe will get either a Hyundai Reina or Hyundai Accent absolutely free.
A pretty neat deal, if—and that’s a sizeable ‘if’—you can afford the initial cost of the Santa Fe and are willing to set aside a big chunk of your budget for the monthlies. The Korean SUV carries a P2,538,000 price tag, and either a straight cash payment or a 20% down payment is needed to avail yourself of the promo. If you opt for the latter, you’ll need to shell out P507,600 up front and pay P51,935 per month for five years.
That’s one hell of a commitment—one that requires a considerable amount of thought whether or not the dealership throws in a free sedan. The freebie that will come with the Santa Fe can be either a base Reina MT (P683,000) or base Accent 1.4 AT without SRS airbags (P838,000). And yes, the dealership says these units are also brand-new.
The Santa Fe runs on a 2.2-liter CRDi engine with 197hp and 440Nm of torque. The Reina is a budget-friendly starter sedan packing a 1.4-liter gasoline engine capable of 94hp and 132Nm, while the Accent that’s part of the promo has a 1.4-liter MPI Kappa mill with 99hp and 132Nm.
Promos like this don’t come around very often, so if you’re willing to consider the free car as savings, this could be the deal for you. Again, the promo will run until July 31, so you still have ample time to consider the idea. Interested?
