We may be half a year into this pandemic already, but a lot of us are still wary of being out and about. That’s why activities like dealership visits are still out of the question for those who err on the side of caution.
In response to this, Lexus Philippines is rolling out the Lexus Remote Guest Experience, wherein customers can get up close with and learn more about Lexus’ local lineup from the comforts of their own homes.
There are 360-degree guided walkthrough videos available for any selected vehicle. These videos are set inside the Lexus Manila showroom and include sales consultants who will discuss the vehicles in detail, emulating the real experience of a visit to the dealership.
The vehicles that are discussed in the 360-degree videos are the NX, the RX, and the ES 350. The different variants of each model will also be talked about in the clips. To see them for yourself, you can click here.

Lexus is also offering customers a hassle-free contactless purchase journey through Lexus Remote, a service it introduced a few months back. Potential car buyers can log their inquiries and request quotations online. Afterwards, they can submit the requirements to the sales consultant assigned to them and wait for approval.
Upon approval, a vehicle sales worksheet will be sent for review—then customers can proceed to payment. Once everything has been sorted out, the brand-new Lexus will be prepped accordingly and delivered to the customer.
“How we interact is different now, but you can rest assured that Lexus remains true to its human-centered approach by reaching out to its customers in this unique way,” Lexus Philippines said in a statement.
