We’ve put out loads of Mitsubishi Triton content since last year, mostly from test drives abroad or preview events. There have been limited opportunities for the public to check out the Strada’s successor up close, but that changes now.
The Triton is finally having its official Philippine launch this whole weekend, January 26 to 28, and it’s open to the public. The event is happening at Bridgetowne Destination Estate in Quezon City, and aside from getting to test-drive this all-new pickup, you can also sign up for a Triton taxi ride with a motorsports legend—two-time Dakar Rally Champion and Team Mitsubishi Ralliart director Hiroshi Masuoka.

There are lots of other things to see. Aside from the different variants of the Triton on display, check out the Triton Rally car fielded by Team Mitsubishi Ralliart at the Asia Cross-Country Rally. For lovers of the outdoors, there’s also a Triton kitted out by Overland Kings.
Each day ends with a live band performance. On January 27, Imago takes the stage at 6:30pm. Rocksteddy’s performance kicks off at the same time on January 28.
Admission is free, so make this event a part of your weekend plans. Below are a few more preview photos, and you can also watch our first Philippine drive of the Triton.
