Radar Auto Philippines recently announced that it sold 112 RD6 units in June 2026. That marks a commendable 115% month-on-month increase, as just 44 units were shifted in May.

For the uninitiated, the RD6 is the Chinese carmaker’s electrified pickup, with plug-in hybrid and fully electric configurations available. It debuted in October 2025, with three full EV variants on offer: two configurations of the RD6 Econ 4x2 and a fully loaded 4x4 trim to complete the stable.

The former can be optioned with either a 63kWh or a 73kWh battery, while the 4x4 comes standard with the larger pack. Prices start at just P1.438 million, and the brand claims that operating costs are up to 84% more affordable than a diesel-powered truck.

Its driving range is then rated at 443km, with vehicle-to-load capabilities also available. The RD6 Econ’s payload capacity is advertised at 1,000kg, while its plug-in hybrid counterpart can carry up to 800kg.
