Motor Image Pilipinas (MIP), Subaru’s official local distributor, is making the Forester a little extra enticing this month—especially for those of you who’ve always thought the compact crossover could benefit from a little extra exterior flash.
For the entire month of March, the brand is slapping on a GT Lite kit upgrade on every brand-new Forester 2.0 i-L EyeSight absolutely free of charge. This essentially will make units look like the Forester GT Lite Edition at no extra cost.

On top of this offer, MIP is also throwing in a free P50,000 service voucher with every Subaru Forester 2.0 i-S EyeSight, Forester 2.0 i-L EyeSight, and XV 2.0i. The Subaru Forester GT Edition, XV 2.0 i-S, and XV GT Edition, meanwhile, will come with a free P20,000 service voucher. These can be used for preventive maintenance, parts, and outlet-based labor.
The Subaru Forester 2.0 i-L EyeSight carries a P1,938,000 price tag, while the crossover’s GT Lite Edition variant retails for P1,980,000. Both come equipped with a 2.0-liter gasoline boxer engine capable of 154hp and up to 196Nm of torque.
