Last week, we told you about the week-long expo that Toyota Motor Philippines is holding on August 10 to 18 at the World Trade Center in Pasay City, to mark the company\'s 25th anniversary. Called \"The World of Toyota Motor Show,\" the event will display such classic Toyota automobiles as the Sports 800, the T40 Corona, the Starlet, and the Century limousine.
Now, just in case you\'re unimpressed with the aforementioned cars, TMP has revealed two more vehicles to be showcased at the event, both of them concept cars. First is the Toyota FCV-R and the other is the Lexus LF-LC.
FCV-R stands for \"Fuel-Cell Vehicle Reality and Revolution,\" while LF-LC means \"Lexus Future Luxury Coupe.\" The former is a midsize car that runs on hydrogen, while the latter is 2+2 sports coupe powered by hybrid propulsion.
This rare opportunity to view these concept cars will give visitors a chance to envision Toyota\'s new design language and technology, which promise to be consistent in all upcoming Toyota vehicles,\" said TMP in a press statement. \"As the brand moves forward after 25 years in the Philippines, Toyota remains committed to creating quality vehicles for satisfied customers.\"
Admission to the expo costs P25.
