As if the Touareg weren\'t big enough for Volkswagen, the German carmaker has confirmed that it will bring into production a large sport-utility vehicle it debuted at last year\'s Detroit Auto Show.

Based on the CrossBlue concept SUV, the vehicle will be targeted mainly at the US market, although China and Russia are also being considered for it.

Volkswagen made the announcement at the ongoing 2014 Detroit Auto Show. The company added that the CrossBlue production model will be a seven-seater and is being projected to help Volkswagen achieve its 2018 sales target of 800,000 units annually.

Would you like Volkswagen\'s Philippine distributor to bring this in?
