Isuzu Philippines is making shopping for a diesel-powered vehicle easier as it brings Isuzu vehicles to various malls this summer.

The sport-utility vehicle Isuzu Alterra, pickup truck Isuzu D-Max and Asian utility vehicle Isuzu Crosswind will be in different shopping districts nationwide starting this month.

"We want our customers to see for themselves the value proposition of our vehicles even without them setting foot in our dealerships. We know that visiting malls is a favorite Filipino pastime so we're only enhancing our customers' mall experience this summer season," Isuzu Philippines president Keiji Takeda said in a statement.

Isuzu Philippines' summer mall tour schedule:

March 18 to 24
SM City South Mall (Isuzu Alabang)
Robinsons Place Bacolod (Isuzu Bacolod)

Isuzu Philippines' summer mall tour is part of its Dyna Mission program of the Japanese carmaker's 2010 Diesel Mission.

"It is mainly a diesel-engine awareness drive designed to showcase Isuzu's product innovation and development; Isuzu's diesel technology and vehicle design; Isuzu diesel's advantages over gasoline; and Isuzu diesel's superiority to other diesel engines," Isuzu Philippines said.

Isuzu Philippines' 2010 Isuzu Diesel Mission is supported by Caltex Diesel with Techron D, AVT, Centro Manufacturing Corp., Freego, Home Depot, JVC, Matabungkay Beach Resort, and Smartlink.
