Toyota Motor Philippines is offering special discounts to clients who need their cars repaired after the devastating flood last week.
Toyota is slashing 40 percent off the engine control unit, as well as 20 percent off selected car parts which were damaged by the flood.
The country's biggest car manufacturer is also offering a 20 percent discount on labor costs for car-related repairs.
Toyota said it has also assigned a special help desk to assist clients in the car company's dealerships. Clients may call Toyota's Customer Assistance Center at (02) 8192912 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
"Toyota cars that need to be serviced have now reached a level way above the capacity of each dealer. While we have shifted to higher gears to accommodate everyone, we ask for your patience and indulgence for any inconvenience you may experience," Toyota said.
The company added clients who wish to bring in their cars for repair should come in with an appoinment for inspection, assessment and repairs, as well as ensure the insurance policy coverage for their cars.
