Volkswagen has a penchant for style, and the T-Cross sure isn’t shy to show it. The front and rear exterior match beautifully with the vehicle’s rugged, somewhat menacing look.
The VW interior offers a lot of class, especially in this segment. Passengers will also appreciate how much room the cabin has, not to mention the sleek dashboard, elegant two-toned seats, and the tilt and telescopic steering wheel adjustment.
The Chinese show their skill in touchscreens with the T-Cross’ 9.2-inch display. There’s wireless Apple CarPlay and MirrorLink connectivity, and a voice command feature.
While its style certainly packs a punch, it could’ve done a little better under the hood. It runs on a 111hp, 146Nm 1.5-liter naturally aspirated four-cylinder gasoline engine, paired with a six-speed automatic transmission gearbox. The 2022 VW T-Cross arrived in three variants, with this top-of-the-line SE priced at P1,250,000.
