These subtle tweaks go a long way

It’s crazy how such small design tweaks to a car can make a big difference. Don’t get us wrong—we’re down with all the aftermarket madness and bonkers builds that usually make their way to shows like SEMA, but we also like to take a step back and appreciate subtle mods every now and then.

What we’re talking about are these A80-inspired taillights fitted into the A90 Toyota Supra. The retro design was created by artist FLAT HAT3D, and we have to say that it looks darn good on the modern-day Supra. The getup also incorporates aftermarket wheels and a rear diffuser for added pizzazz. But for the most part, not a lot of modifications were made on the sports car. You can see more of the design below:

These photos are only renders, but it appears they’re already headed into production. Pre-orders for the taillights are already available through the BRZ.ZZZ website pinned on the original social media post. There are even two versions available—the ‘Exposed’ costs $1,200 (P64,000) while the ‘Covered’ stickers for $1,400 (P72,000), and deliveries are expected by early 2022.

What do you think of this new design? If you had an A90 Supra, would you mod it with these taillights?
