Not all famous people rely on personal chauffeurs to get around. At one point, many celebrities were regular people, too—and we like to think you don’t just forget your roots after a breakthrough moment in the spotlight.
In the case of Ben&Ben’s Paolo Guico, he still takes a Grab every now and then. Recently, the singer booked a driver who, unknowingly, ended up giving one of his favorite artists a lift.
The Ben&Ben official Instagram recently shared the scenario online. Guico’s Grab ride was blasting a playlist of his band during the trip, and the driver even shared that he was a fan of their music. Watch:

Guico, though, couldn’t find it in himself to reveal his identity to his Grab driver. He added in the video, though, that he hopes to one day meet him again so they can take a selfie.
Well, we have some good news for you Paolo: Grab actually provides its users with their travel history, including previously booked drivers. It shouldn’t be too hard to track him down with your app’s help.
Frankly, we hope Guico gets in touch with the guy. We’re sure taking a selfie with his favorite band’s singer will make his day. How would you react if you were in this Grab driver’s situation?
