In a previous story, we covered all the basics about reloading Autosweep RFIDs. This time, we’re going to discuss how to reload Easytrip RFIDs.

Easytrip tags are used along all expressways under the Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC), namely: the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), Cavite-Manila Expressway (Cavitex), Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX), and Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX).

Now, let’s get right to it. Here’s everything you need to know about reloading Easytrip RFIDs.

1) Over-the-counter payments at reloading and installation sites

Just like with Autosweep, Easytrip RFIDs can be reloaded at several stations situated along the major tollways via over-the-counter payments. Check out the list below for some of the locations across all expressways:

2) Over-the-counter payments at other reloading centers

Reloading can also be done at various malls and establishments, as well as through different payment centers and kiosks. Refer to the list below for more details:

4) SMS top-ups

Easytrip accounts can now also be reloaded via text. You simply need to text EASY[LOAD DENOMINATION][12 DIGIT ACCOUNT NUMBER] and send to 3279. Here’s a sample: type in ‘EASY100 620001234567’ and hit send. This service works for Smart and Talk ’N Text prepaid and postpaid subscribers.

5) MPT DriveHub app

This is MPTC’s dedicated smartphone app designed for all of its customers. The DriveHub app’s list of features include load management and reloading, allowing users to check their accounts’ remaining balance and top up as needed.
