Buying a Ferrari is a big deal for anyone, and as such, Hot Wheels is aiming to increase the global ownership count via a cool collaboration with Maranello, resulting in nine new limited-edition 1:64 replicas. Among them are the F40, F50 and LaFerrari - three of the marque’s big scary hero cars.
The F40 is no ordinary F40 either, if such a thing even exists. It’s a ‘Competizione’ spec, and in the very real, big scary hero car, gets a 720hp V8 and a whole suite of aero enhancements to go racing. It’s believed Ferrari built just 10 of these at most, so your best chance of saying you own one probably sits (adorably) here.

The Renault Clio V6 is still insane even after all these years
Its successor, the F50, comes next, and it’s more detailed than the F40 since it’s a ‘Premium’ model. It gets a full die-cast body and chassis to try and replicate that gloriously vented, finely chiselled nose as accurately as possible. You’ll get proper tread patterns woven into the wheels too.

The halo car trifecta is complete with LaFerrari; Ferrari’s original hybrid hooligan, which as a very real, big scary hero car, is now worth two or three times as much as when it was launched. This new Hot Wheels x Ferrari collaboration means you don’t have to find millions lying around for one either, but a much friendlier £8.99 (approx. P670). Best start working on those V12 vocals.
Some of the other standouts forming part of the initial set include the 250 GTO (yes, that one), the 499P Modificata and the SF90 Stradale. They can now be pre-ordered, with more Ferrari toys already confirmed to be in the works.
