Rally fans will undoubtedly put Michèle Mouton as one of the greatest rally drivers of all time. Not only did she have a highly successful career in the World Rally Championship, she nearly won the title in 1982 and tamed the monsters of Group B rally. Oh, and she won the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in 1985 and is one of the co-founders of Race of Champions.
It’s always a treat seeing Mouton behind the wheel of a rally car, so the folks from Audi made that happen. Not only that, she had Lia Block alongside her as they drive two extremely different Audi rally racers.

Mouton, long retired from competition, continues to be an influential figure in motorsports. Aside from being a role model for aspiring racing drivers, she is the president of the FIA’s Women in Motorsport Commission. She remains determined to get more women in racing, whether it’s on the circuit or on the rally stages.

As for Block, she’s already seeing a fair bit of success in her motorsports career. This year, the 17-year-old was crowned champion in the American Rally Association (ARA) O2WD class. She also ran a limited schedule in Extreme E with two podiums and consistently finishing in the points. More recently, it was announced that she will be part of the F1 Academy grid driving for Williams.
