This mouse-infested Subie is one of the grossest detailing jobs we’ve ever seen

If you’ve ever hosed down a mud-caked SUV with a high-pressure power washer, chances are you’re familiar with the stress-relieving power that comes with wielding one of these bad boys. That said, there are some jobs we wouldn’t take regardless of what hardware we have at our disposal.

This hideous Subaru Forester is one of them. It was spotted by our hero sitting idle at a neighboring mechanic’s place, and he couldn’t help but offer to clean it up for its elderly owner.

Mold and gunk we reckon we can deal with just by popping on a mask and some protective clothing. Mice? Alright, maybe we can shoo them away. But a rat’s nest worth of urine and feces? Yeah, we’d probably steer clear.

Watching a professional from AMMO NYC rid this Subie of mouse piss and droppings and uh, remains, is oddly satisfying, though.

“With all the parts outside, I power washed anything that had any poo remnants on it because it would definitely have pee on it as well. Now, look at the color of the water in the driveway,” Larry of AMMO NYC says in the video.

“This, combined with the smell was actually the first time I’ve ever gagged detailing a car. It was almost like I had reactivated the stench. I cannot tell you how much it smelled on a video.”

Fun to watch on YouTube? Definitely. We wouldn’t want to be there in person, though. Just hearing this ordeal described in detail is enough to make some lose their lunch. Anyway, the clean up was well worth it once the owner’s daughter came over to pick up the vehicle. Her reaction is priceless.
