“It’s all about how the car sits on the road,” said Singer founder Rob Dickinson. That, he said, is how you spot a Porsche 911 reimagined by Singer. “It’s a relationship of the tires to the wheels, and the tires and wheels to the bodywork.”

“And I call that, like everybody else, stance. The car has a handsome, righteous stance,” he added.

So, there you have it. Singer starts from the ground up—literally—to make sure each of its meticulously engineered products has got good stance. Obviously, there’s much more to it than that: A chassis restored using methods developed in consultation with the ‘big brains’ over at Red Bull Advanced Technologies. A screaming Cosworth 4.0-liter. Carbon fiber bodywork. And of course, pop-up headlights.
