We started our podcast to make our office days productive—well, more productive. Instead of just doing nothing and talking about cars all day until 5pm, we decided to do nothing and talk about cars—and record our conversations. Of course, so as not to bore you with our endless thoughts on the motoring industry, we made ourselves more concise. (Unless you want to hear the director’s cut?)

So now we’re on our 10th episode and still going strong. We’ve even managed to wrangle a VIP guest or two (watch out for our next episode). For this podcast, we discuss the collab we didn’t expect: an event held by Toyota Gazoo Racing and Hyundai N. These two brands have invigorated the industry with their race-tuned offerings. Our most memorable drives in recent memory were behind the wheel of the Toyota GR Yaris and the Hyundai Ioniq 5 N.

We also talk about the upcoming McLaren W1, which heralds the opening salvo of another holy trinity of hypercars. With this, McLaren has pulled something familiar yet still amazing out of its hat. And how can anyone ignore that amazing wing?

This week, we also discussed publisher Carlo Chungunco ticking a bucket-list entry: He was sent by Ford Philippines to Morocco to see and ride the hair-raising Raptor T1+. But what made this event a core memory for Carlo was meeting his childhood hero: El Matador himself, Carlos Sainz Sr.

For our beloved Marketplace Finds section, we scour the market for our favorite hybrid cars. Sadly, Dinzo’s dynasty of choosing the best car has run its course. Watch our episode to see who won.
