It’s been a while since Honda Philippines (HPI) had a truly fashionable scooter in its lineup since the Scoopy left. Sure, there was the Genio, but it didn’t really fill the gap quite like its older sibling did.
That all changes today, as HPI has now launched a new model worthy to replace the popular Scoopy: the all-new Honda Giorno+. We know a lot of you (just like us) have been asking to see this in our market, and now it’s finally here.

Honda Giorno 2025 design and colors
The Giorno+ boasts a stylish look with a hint of retro—HPI calls it a ‘modern classic’ design. Up front, the headlights are enclosed in chrome trim, and this is matched with the silver accents on the front fairing, the cluster, and the grab bar at the rear. It comes standard with a brown seat and brown grips, pairing nicely with the four available colors: Virgin Beige, Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic, Pearl Jubilee White, and Piquant Orange.
Honda Giorno 2025 engine and specs

Powering the all-new Honda Giorno+is a 125cc liquid-cooled four-valve single-cylinder engine that puts out 11.39hp at 8,750rpm and 11.6Nm of torque at 5,250rpm. This engine supposedly does 47km/L (based on WMTC test methods), meaning the scooter’s 5.4-liter fuel tank can get you far.
The Giorno has 12-inch wheels, a seat height of 780mm (30.7 inches), and a ground clearance of 155mm. It doesn’t get ABS, but it comes equipped with a combi-brake system for added safety. It also has a smart key system as standard.
Honda Giorno 2025 Philippines price

As for its pricing, the all-new Honda Giorno+ stickers for P101,900, stacking up against the likes of the Yamaha Mio Fazzio. During the launch, HPI also introduced celebrity Alden Richards as the newest product ambassador, so expect to see him in more Giorno+ commercials. Or maybe even taking a stroll in the city astride one himself, as HPI gifted him a brand-new Giorno+ as well.
Anyway, back to you readers: What do you think of HPI’s newest offering? Was it the right move to bring this here?
