The 2020 Ford Ranger XLT and XLS now come equipped with an eight-inch infotainment system boasting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. A new variant, the XLS Sport 4x2 AT, has also been added to the range with a price tag of P1,122,000.
Meanwhile, the Ranger Wildtrak 4x2 and 4x4 have been fitted with new wheels and LED headlamps. The Wildtrak 4x4 and the Ranger Raptor are now also available with a camera-based Autonomous Emergency Braking feature with pedestrian detection as well as a high-mount USB feature to support several dashcam models.
Fortunately for potential buyers, these enhancements come without any price increases.
“We have gone further in our pickup truck lineup by bringing more value to our customers with enhanced technology and content in all our Ranger products while retaining current pricing—more value at the same price,” said Ford Philippines managing director PK Umashankar. “With the widest range, widest price brand, and higher value for our pickup trucks, there is indeed a Ranger for everyone in the Philippines.”
