Denza Philippines has officially begun pre-selling for the Denza Z9 GT at the brand’s Super Experience Week with BYD. The fully electric shooting brake enters the country with a sticker price of P5.398 million. Here’s what customers can expect.
The Z9 GT is a large, executive wagon measuring 5,180mm long, 1,990mm wide, and 1,490mm tall, with a 3,125mm wheelbase. It has a sleek design with dual-line swooping headlights, horizontal taillights with hourglass-shaped clusters, flush door handles, and an elongated shooting-brake silhouette.

The Philippine market will receive the AWD variant with three electric motors—one in the front and two in the rear—delivering a combined 1,140hp and 1,210Nm of torque. It takes 2.7 seconds to go from 0 to 100kph and has a driving range 701km based on the New European Driving Cycle.

The Z9 GT also has BYD’s second-generation Blade Battery, which allows fast-charging from 10% to 70% in five minutes and 10% to 97% in nine minutes. This is compatible with BYD Flash Chargers, which are expected to arrive by 2027.

Inside, occupants are treated to a 20-speaker Devialet sound system, a mini fridge, two 50W wireless chargers with ventilation, a 13.2-inch front passenger screen, and massage seats. As for driver-specific features, the Z9 GT is equipped with DiSUS-A intelligent air suspension, which can automatically adjust ride height and damping. It also has rear-wheel steering with crab walk mode and a 360-degree compass turn feature for more flexible maneuverability despite the long wheelbase.
As mentioned, Denza has already begun accepting bookings for the Z9 GT. The car’s official launch is expected within the first quarter of next year. What do you think of this executive wagon and its price tag? Let us know in the comments section.
