First, it was the Purosangue. Now, Velocita Motors is back with a brand-new Ferrari to introduce to our market: the all-new Roma Spider.
Yes, it’s the drop-top version of the beautiful Ferrari Roma. There’s quite a lot to take in here, but let’s start with one of the most important bits—the roof. That fabric top folds or deploys automatically with a push of a button. The entire process takes 13.5 seconds and can be done even when driving at speeds of up to 80kph (50mph).

The coupe-slash-grand tourer boasts a beautiful, sleek silhouette. Sharp lines flow from the front to the rear, and stylish accents like the headlamps and the slatted grille highlight the front end. The rear, meanwhile, gets subtle quad taillights matched nicely with the quad exhausts underneath. The vehicle also sits on 20-inch wheels.
Under the hood, the Roma Spider packs a 3.9-liter twin-turbocharged V8 that generates 612hp and 760Nm of torque. All that power is sent to the rear wheels via an eight-speed DCT. The car comes equipped with ADAS (as suggested by the large plastic box on the front bumper) which includes tech such as adaptive cruise control

As for the price tag, the Roma Spider starts at P29.5 million. Further personalization are available via the configurator, so that price tag will go up or down depending on your preferences. Just to give you an idea, the same spec as the unit in these photos—with the same wheels, brake calipers, and interior tech, among others—will cost a total of P33.5 million.
