This SEMA-bound Ford F-450 Super Duty will trample on lesser trucks

A couple of weeks ago, we brought you news of the customized Rangers that Ford is set to bring to the SEMA show in Las Vegas. All of them look pretty tough. As it turns out, though, all of them live in the shadow of this monster F-450 Super Duty Platinum Crew Cab.

Look at the size of the thing. And look how angry it is. It’s been modified by an American company known as DeBerti Design and will also grace the Ford stand at SEMA, where it’ll sit with its shoulders out like a steroidal body builder. Have you ever seen a front bumper with that much going on?

Apparently, DeBerti Design has also fitted Kelderman air suspension to lift the F-450 and allow room for those mega 22-inch American Force wheels in 37-inch Toyo tires. Plus, there’s the perennial Top Gear favorite—a massive load of spotlights.

We don’t know too much else about the internals as of yet, but Ford only offers the F-450 Super Duty Platinum with a 6.2-liter gasoline V8 or a 6.7-liter turbodiesel V8. Either of those would do us, thanks.

Elsewhere, there’s even some added practicality thanks to DeBerti’s pullout bumper draw and something called a pullout fender cabinet. Mmmmm, storage.
