The 2025 Auto Focus Pre-Christmas Multi-Brand Test Drive Festival is right around the corner. More than just the test drives, the annual event also serves as an avenue for carmakers to hold some of their launches.
Case in point: Ford Philippines. The Blue Oval has just confirmed that it will be unveiling special-edition models of the Ranger Raptor and Ranger Wildtrak next week on November 13.

While no details have been revealed just yet, based on the Everest Sport Special Edition launched earlier this year, the two new pickups will remain mechanically unchanged. There will be aesthetic changes, though, which is what we’ll keep an eye out for.

For reference, the Ranger Wildtrak comes with either a 2.0-liter bi-turbo diesel engine or a single-turbo configuration with the same displacement. The former gets a 4x4 drivetrain while the latter only comes as a 4x2.

As for the Ranger Raptor, it can now be had with either a 2.0-liter bi-turbo diesel or a 3.0-liter twin-turbo EcoBoost V6. Both get four-wheel-drive and Baja-conquering underpinnings as standard.
What we’re also not sure of at the moment is whether the Special Edition treatment will be available for all Raptor and Wildtrak configurations or if they’ll be reserved for the higher-spec ones. All will be revealed in a week, so stay tuned.
