Honda Connect has three primary goals, namely, to offer more safety, extra security, and greater convenience.
For safety, it includes automatic collision detection to automatically calls for rescue in case of a heavy accident, security alarm detection to notify the owner of any break-ins, and speed alert.
For security, it comes with ‘Find My Car,’ geo-fencing, and emergency services.

Lastly, for convenience, Honda Connect has a service reminder and a car status reminder that includes diagnostic support and monitoring the vehicle’s fuel level, battery charge, locks, and airbags. It also includes remote vehicle control that allows the engine to be started or shut off, the air-conditioning to be activated, remote locking and unlocking, and headlight control.

To top it all off, there is an option to experience the Honda Connect application on other Honda models on a non-telematics (non-TCU) platform. This paves the way for all Honda owners to experience enhanced safety, security, and convenience through the Honda Connect. Features available for free on a non-TCU platform include Emergency Calls, Location Search, and News.
For all-new Honda CR-V owners, this service can be availed by downloading the Honda Connect app from the App Store, Play Store, or the Huawei App Gallery. After that, simply pair the app to the vehicle to gain access to all of Honda Connect’s features.
