Hongqi Philippines officially entered the market in 2023, and since then has added new dealerships and a few new models to its lineup. This quarter, the Chinese carmaker is set to expand its local stable yet again.
It recently previewed two upcoming models, the EH7 sedan and EHS7 SUV, two fully electric offerings set to hit the market next month.
Hongqi EHS7 specs and features
Pictured above is the EHS7, which is a rather large vehicle, standing just a smidge under five meters long and under two meters wide. It has a 3,000mm wheelbase. Powering the EHS7 is a 339hp rear-mounted electric motor paired with either an 85kWh or a 111kWh battery. This setup is good for a maximum range of 475km for the smaller battery and 540km for the bigger one, and 0-100kph runs are possible in 6.5sec and 3.9sec, respectively.

Hongqi EH7 specs and features
The EH7 is similar to the EHS7 in terms of length, width, and wheelbase. It comes available in two-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive configurations, the former capable of 510km on a single charge while the latter can do 640km.
