As you know by now, Mercedes-Benz\'s exclusive distributor in the Philippines, CATS Motors, has just launched the all-new A-Class in the country in the guise of the A250 Sport.

If you, however, find its P2.58-million price tag a little too expensive, then you only need to wait for a few more months. According to CATS Motors sales and planning vice president Bob Shaw, the company will soon bring in the A200.

What Shaw didn\'t clarify, however, is if this would be the gasoline-powered model that produces 154hp and 250Nm, or the diesel-fed variant that puts out 138hp and 300Nm.

On the other hand, if you\'re looking at the opposite end of the spectrum and want more out of the A-Class than just the AMG Sport trim, CATS Motors public relations director Emy Arcilla confirmed that the company is planning to bring in the 355hp A45 AMG model.

Can you wait a little longer for these other A-Class variants, or is the A250 Sport good enough for you?
