Nissan Philippines has officially opened the reservation books for the new 2027 Nissan Kicks e-Power. With that, the Japanese carmaker has also shared some additional visuals and preliminary details.
Full specifications for the Philippine-bound units, however, have yet to be revealed. We can expect the whole picture later this year, but if you want to get a better idea of what the 2027 Kicks is all about, you can read Top Gear Philippines staff writer Lije Martin’s first impressions here.
He got to try out the subcompact crossover in Thailand a few months back, and while he tested a right-hand-drive unit, it should generally deliver a similar ride and feel. Some of you may have already seen the facelifted Kicks in the metal, as it was previewed at the 2026 Philippine International Motor Show.

Until the official launch rolls around, let’s break down the confirmed details. According to Nissan Philippines, the Kicks will retain its 134hp and 280Nm output while offering updated NissanConnect services. With the latter, drivers can start their Kicks and monitor its performance directly on the app.
The new Kicks also gets ProPilot, Nissan’s in-house suite of advanced driving aids. The system will also include an around-view monitor and an ‘intelligent’ rearview mirror. Inside, drivers can expect an improved 12.3-inch screen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. At the back, cargo space is listed at 470 liters. Nissan also says its crossover is dressed in ‘anti-heat’ leather, while the dashboard is finished in ‘Moonstone’ leather.
Previous reports suggest that the Kicks will be offered in three variants, so we can probably expect varying features and finishes once the official debut rolls around. There is also still no word on price, but watch this space for the latest updates.
