Frankly, seeing this is like being served a single french fry as an appetizer while waiting for a juicy 16oz ribeye steak dinner to pop out of the kitchen. Will it do? Not a chance. But whatever, we’re damn hungry and we’ll take it.
Nissan has released another teaser for its upcoming next-generation Z car, and, well, it’s not much. This time around, it comes in the form of a half-minute-long video. Wait, scratch that—15 seconds of it is just the new Nissan logo. Watch:
Of the 15 worthwhile seconds that remain, only a handful show the soon-to-be-revealed Proto Z. Most of the clip is of older-generation Z vehicles driving around a track, but the few moments that do show off the Proto Z give us proper looks at some parts of the car. We get quick glimpses of a headlight, a taillight, and the iconic Nissan Z badge plastered on the vehicle’s C-pillar. And that’s it. A single fry ahead of a fancy steak dinner.
As we said, it’s not much. But again: Will it do? Not a chance. But we’re damn hungry and we’ll take it.
The Nissan Proto Z will be revealed in full on September 15, 7:30pm central daylight time (September 16 at 8:30am here in the Philippines). Will you be tuning in? We know we will.
