After debuting in the United States in 2025, the Nissan Z Heritage Edition is heading to Australia for a very limited release. Only 10 units of the Midnight Purple Z will be available Down Under, with prices listed at 77,410 Australian dollars (around P3.231 million).
The Z Heritage Edition will come as a preamble to the newly facelifted version, which is scheduled for a full release in Australia later this year. Both Zs can be optioned with automatic or manual transmissions, with the 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 remaining standard across all variants. That means all Zs will make the same 400hp and 475Nm of torque, but the Heritage Edition was given a mechanical limited-slip differential.

For the 10 lucky Aussies who will own this special Z, those features and the bronze 19-inch Rays wheels should complement the Midnight Purple finish nicely. That colorway is, of course, closely related to the iconic GT-R.

With another exclusive global release, it looks like Nissan is keen on sharing this special Z with other markets. It would be exciting to see the Heritage Edition make its way to the Philippines, along with the 2026 Z. Overall, its refreshed styling takes cues from previous Z generations, offering a more nostalgic look and impression.
An updated Z Nismo has also been launched and should make its official debut in Japan later this year. In the past, only the Japanese and American markets were confirmed to receive the new Z, but with Australia added to the list, it will hopefully be released in more countries—most especially, our own.
