Just months after opening the Lexus Manila Gallery in Bonifacio Global City, Toyota’s premium brand has broken ground in Quezon City for its second dealership. In attendance were Quezon City mayor Joy Belmonte, Lexus Philippines chairman Alfred Ty, Lexus Philippines president Masando Hashimoto, Lexus Philippines vice-chairman Dr. David Go, Toyota Motor Philippines executive vice-president Jing Atienza, and Toyota Motor Philippines senior vice-president Masahiro Haoka.
The honor of having the first Lexus showroom not owned and operated by Lexus Philippines goes to the Oben Group, headed by Atty. Reginaldo Oben. Also present was his son, Oben Group president Cosco Oben. The Oben Group has one of the biggest networks of Toyota dealerships in the country, with Toyota Balintawak, Toyota Otis, Toyota North EDSA, Toyota Marilao, and Toyota San Jose del Monte under its wing.
Specifically located along Sgt. Esguerra in the Tomas Morato area, construction for the Lexus Quezon City Gallery officially began on December 16, 2025. The exact size of the dealership and its opening date have yet to be revealed, but the renders seen in the background of the event photos look promising.
Like the BGC facility, we can expect a grand structure with a complete service center to cater to new and existing Lexus customers. It will also likely feature an EV charging station, along with a comfortable lounge—upholding Lexus’ principle of Omotenashi, or the art of anticipating someone’s needs.

There is also a chance that Lexus could take a more avant-garde approach with the design of this new dealer, as the brand has been instructed to be more experimental and innovative. This new directive was encapsulated by the recently unveiled LFA Concept, which features a fully electric powertrain and a “revolutionary” new sound package.
