Nissan PH now offering 24-hour roadside assistance to stranded customers

Perfect for the rainy season

To be honest, we've lost track of how many times we've reminded motorists to be extra cautions on the road during the rainy season. Keep your eyes on the road, drive slowly, check your tires, keep your get the point. By now, you've probably memorized all of this by heart.

Unfortunately, there are situations on the road that are entirely beyond your control. As Filipino car owners, we know this all too well--shoddy roads combined with less-than-ideal weather conditions is simply a recipe for disaster. When circumstances get too severe, there's no shame in calling for help. And new Nissan owners will be glad to know that doing so is now more convenient than ever.

Should new Nissan customers find themselves in hazardous situations, they can simply contact the Nissan Customer Assistance Center (NCAC) to ask for roadside assistance. The emergency service is up and running 24 hours a day, and should come in handy this rainy season.

NCAC can provide traffic information and road conditions from its alarm center. What's more, they will coordinate the towing or repair of the customer's vehicle in case of a breakdown. The service will also arrange for a valet service to bring the driver to his or her home or destination. Very convenient.

The service is available to new Nissan owners, as well as owners of any Nissan vehicle not more than a decade old (but for a minimal charge). The NCAC hotline is (02) 403-6593 and (0927) 600-9557. You may contact the number for information on how to avail of the service.

Nissan Philippines is really going the extra mile with the NCAC. We all know how nerve-racking it could be to become stranded in the middle of a deluge, so this service is much appreciated.
