PH fuel price update: P0.95/L rollback for diesel effective February 27

After last week’s hefty price hikes, motorists do get a bit of reprieve as we end February and head on to March with rollbacks across the board.

For the week of February 27 to March 4, 2024, gasoline prices will go down by P0.70 per liter. Diesel prices, meanwhile, will go decrease by P0.95 per liter, and kerosene will have a price rollback of P1.10 per liter.

Once these adjustments take effect, gasoline and diesel prices will have gone up by P5.45/L and P4.45/L since the beginning of 2024. Kerosene prices, meanwhile, will have increased by P0.40/L from the start of the year.

If you want to save up on fuel costs, remember that fuel prices may vary depending on location and the brand of the fuel station; it might be cheaper somewhere along your regular route than near your place of residence or work.
