Toyota Motor Philippines and Automobile Association Philippines (AAP) have teamed up to provide free 24-hour emergency roadside assistance for eligible vehicles. The program applies to customers who have purchased a Toyota Tamaraw or Lite Ace starting August 1.
Additionally, vehicles recalled for the Takata Airbag replacement under Toyota’s Special Service Campaign are also eligible for the program, provided the repairs were done no earlier than August 1. The promo runs from August 8, 2026 to July 31, 2027. So, what’s included?

The free 24/7 emergency roadside assistance includes either one intervention or a 25km tow service, whichever comes first. The intervention can either be a flat-tire change, simple mechanical repairs, battery boosting, or fuel delivery. Meanwhile, the free towing distance is capped at 25 km; after which, a fee of P150 per kilometer will be charged.

Customers will be given an AAP membership card, which contains a QR code for activating the membership. The free roadside assistance will then be available seven days after membership activation.

Other things to note: Since the program applies to work vehicles such as the Tamaraw and Lite Ace, AAP states that cargo must be unloaded before towing. The tow operators can decline the service if the cargo load poses any operational or safety risks.
Toyota says that the program reinforces its commitment to road safety and dependable customer support. Again, the promo runs until July 31, 2027, so if you’ve been considering a Tamaraw or Lite Ace for your business, this might be the time to get it.
