Toyota Motor Philippines has issued a customer satisfaction campaign for 103 Toyota Alphard and Lexus LM cars.
According to the advisory, 89 Alphard units produced between December 17 and 24, 2024, and 13 LM units made from December 19 to 24, 2024, may have issues with their respective power distribution boxes. Specifically, the rear window defogger could have a misplaced connection with the box, resulting in a malfunction and a buildup of moisture.

Unlike a special service campaign, this Customer Satisfaction initiative is non-urgent, as the malfunction does not affect the vehicle’s overall safety and driving capability. While affected owners are prompted to avail themselves of a free parts replacement, this can also be done on their own time or during a scheduled maintenance service.
