TopGear.com.ph Philippine Car News - Kia’s first all-electric, commercially-available car will be based on next-generation Soul

Kia has revealed that its first commercially available all-electric car will be based on the next-generation Soul and will go on sale in 2014.

Though Kia currently makes an electric version of the Ray, which debuted in December 2011 for its home market of Korea, the car is only being used in small numbers by the country's government agencies "as part of a real-world test fleet."

The electric Soul, however, will be a regular production model that will go on sale around the world.

Do you think the all-electric Kia Soul will make its way here?
