The price of gasoline may be going down this week, but the rollback is so small, it’s pretty much negligible.

For the period of April 8 to 14, 2025, gasoline prices will decrease by P0.10 per liter, but at least it doesn’t add to last week’s P1.40/L increase. Diesel prices, meanwhile, will have no movement this week. Finally, kerosene will have a price rollback of P0.50 per liter.

Once these adjustments take effect, gasoline and diesel prices will have gone up by P4.55/L and P4.45/L since the beginning of 2025, and kerosene prices will have had a net increase of P0.40/L since the start of the year.

If you want to save up on fuel costs, remember that fuel prices may vary depending on location and the brand of the fuel station; it might be cheaper somewhere along your regular route than near your place of residence or work.
