This week’s fuel price adjustments will come as good news if you drive a diesel-powered vehicle. In case your ride is gas-fed, you’re not as lucky.
For the period of February 4 to 10, 2025, gasoline prices will go up again by P0.70 per liter, after last week’s P0.80/L rollback. Diesel prices, at least, will go down by P1.15 per liter, which is much more substantial than last week’s P0.20/L decrease. Finally, kerosene will have a rollback of P0.90 per liter.

Once these adjustments take effect, gasoline and diesel prices will have gone up by P3.35/L and P3.65/L, respectively, since the beginning of 2025. Meanwhile, kerosene prices will have had a net increase of P2.90/L.
If you want to save up on fuel costs, remember that fuel prices may vary depending on location and the brand of the fuel station; it might be cheaper somewhere along your regular route than near your place of residence or work.
