Students will soon be eligible for free rides on select train lines
“The Department of Transportation (DOTr) has announced that students can now ride several major rail lines absolutely free of charge.
“According to agency secretary Arthur Tugade, students can now ride the MRT-3, LRT-2 and PNR for free, Mondays to Fridays (except on holidays) during select hours in the morning and afternoon.”

“If last week’s photos weren’t enough of an eye opener, maybe these will be. The problem isn’t limited to Quiapo and its surrounding barangays—this is a Metro Manila-wide issue the MMDA is dealing with this rainy season.”

LTO partially clears license-plate backlog

“The agency has released a list containing the plate numbers of the latest batch of replacement license plates that are now ready for pickup. Check out this list, and if your vehicle’s plate number is on there, you can pick up your replacement plates at the Pasay District Office.”
