Christmas is coming up. And you know what that means? It’s time for ninong to pony up.
Usually, a shiny new die-cast will suffice. If, however, ninong is feeling extra generous this year, perhaps the gift idea he’s looking for is zipping around Clark International Speedway on Angie Mead King’s official Instagram account.
King recently shared footage of a fancy new E-Type roadster showing off in Clark. It’s a miniature by Junior Cars USA, and King says she was driving it around for clients.
“Never lose your inner child. Literally doing my track rounds with our @juniorcarsusa to demo to potential clients,” her Instagram caption reads.

Like us, you probably want one. And like us, you’ll likely break a sweat when you find out how much one of these things cost.
Junior Cars is selling this ride in two configurations. The first packs a 125cc air-cooled four-cylinder gasoline engine for $19,495 (P1.1 million). Option two is an electric unit with a $20,495 (P1.16 million) price tag. The latter figure can go up depending on the battery you choose, and opting to coat your unit in period-correct paint will set you back an extra $500 (P28,000). Want wire wheels? That’s going to cost another $3,250 (P184,000).
Yeah. We think pamangkin is going to have to settle for another Tomica this year. Given the money, though, would you spoil someone with a gift like this?
