The Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren is 20 years old. Just let that sink in for a second as you come to terms with how old that makes you and where the past two decades have gone.
Back from that inevitable existential crisis? Good. Because we have some fantastic pictures of the many iterations of SLR for you to look at.
We’re told that this reunion included four examples of the SLR that McLaren was displaying on the McLaren Technology Center Boulevard—an SLR Stirling Moss, an SLR by MSO, an SLR HDK, and the SLR 722 GT Prototype—plus a whole load of extra cars provided by owners and members of the SLR Club.

The SLR of course used a 5.5-liter supercharged V8 making 617hp and 779Nm of torque. It was the first car to be hand-assembled at the then-new MTC, and production eventually ended in 2009.
Still looks absolutely incredible today, though, doesn’t it?
