Chevrolet Philippines has added another fully electric vehicle to its stable: The all-new Chevrolet Spark EUV joins the recently launched Captiva EV as the American carmaker’s latest offerings in the country.
At just over 4,000mm long, this subcompact crossover finds itself in a relatively niche position within the segment. The Spark EUV is much shorter than the BYD Atto 3, but significantly longer than the Dongfeng Nanobox. In terms of performance, its 380km driving range also falls between those of the aforementioned vehicles.
However, its price skews toward the larger EVs. The Spark EUV is currently offered at P1.449 million, but, after the introductory period, its regular sticker price will be P1.547 million. That would make it just P51,000 less than the entry-level Atto 3. Mind that the Spark EUV is also produced in China, as it is a rebadged Baojun Yep Plus.

Aside from 380km of driving, Chevy’s EV also makes about 101hp and 180Nm of torque. Its exact battery size has yet to be confirmed, but we can expect a single-motor setup under the metal.
The cabin seats five passengers, and there’s 1,493 liters of cargo space with the rear seats folded. If the seats are up, the trunk should fit closer to 549 liters. Up front is a 10.1-inch main display, with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. There also seems to be some advanced driver-assist features, along with a 360-degree camera system.
Outside, the Spark EUV features a blacked-out bumper with a matching panel serving as the grille. Surrounded by more black cladding and a clean blue shell, the white-colored roof has a rack mounted on it.
