The price tag isn’t the only consideration when it comes to buying a brand-new car. There’s also maintenance and aftersales support that customers are very particular about.
For its part, Ford Philippines is keen on continuously improving the overall ownership experience, especially now that its customer base continues to grow. The American carmaker is now rolling out its Peace of Mind service package to all customers who purchased any brand-new Ford from January 1, 2024. This package includes a free inspection that can be availed within the first two months or 2,000km, whichever comes first. The inspection covers all parts inside, outside, and under the vehicle, as well as parts under the hood.
Customers will also get free labor on their first two visits for PMS, which is scheduled within 12 months/10,000km for the first and 24 months/20,000km for the second. For customers with new Ranger, Everest, or Territory vehicles purchased before this year, they can also get free labor on their first scheduled PMS.

On top of these, Ford has also enhanced its Owners Dashboard on its official website. This includes fuel level, oil life, tire pressure, and current mileage for all vehicles with FordPass. The dashboard will also allow FordSYNC updates when available. Their dashboard accounts can also be used to make online reservations for any brand-new vehicle as well as in activating FordPass. For those who wish to register, they can simply log onto Ford Philippines’ website to access the Owners Dashboard. Each owner can enroll up to 10 Ford vehicles per account.
