Buying a car is relatively easy. Making sure you keep it in tip-top working order, though? It’s not as simple. Keep in mind that we aren’t just talking about being careful when you’re behind the wheel, either—you need to set aside time and money to keep your ride properly maintained, too.
Thankfully, companies continue to find ways to make vehicle ownership convenient once a car rolls out of the showroom. Mazda Philippines, for example, is now offering a two-year extended service plan for owners of units bought between October 2017 and March 2020. The extension will cover expenses for the fourth- and fifth-year preventive
maintenance services following your 70,000km preventive maintenance schedule (PMS).
If you’re an eligible owner, chances are you’re still taking advantage of your vehicle’s initial free three-year Yojin-3 service plan. Should you wish to avail yourself of this new offer and extend your coverage by two years, here’s how much it’s going to cost you depending on the model you own:
Eligible Mazda Models
- Skyactiv-Gasoline models – P38,250
- Skyactiv-Diesel models – P45,000
- Mazda BT-50 – P45,000
Mazda Philippines says the two-year extension offer lets owners save as much as 15% on regular PMS rates. What’s more, it saves you the headache of pricing inflation for parts and labor for its duration.
“Owning a brand-new Mazda is not just about enjoying a pleasurable drive experience. It is also about the peace of mind afforded by a premium ownership experience,” Mazda Philippines CEO Steven Tan said in a statement.
“Having a complete dealership service record for five years protects a car’s residual value and therefore the customer’s investment. But more than that, the two-year extended service plan offer is our way to reassure our customers that throughout their Mazda ownership journey, their cars will be in their most optimal condition and will continue to provide reliable service, safety, and performance.”
Car owners who keep tabs on their service expenses know the true value of an offer like this. Are you planning on availing?
