A couple of weeks back, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) reopened select branches as parts of the country shifted to general community quarantine (GCQ). Now, as more areas transition to GCQ, the agency has announced that more of its offices will resume operations.

According to its latest advisory, the LTO’s branches in Metro Manila, Laguna, and Region III will be serving customers again beginning tomorrow, June 3, 2020—you can check out the official announcement below. As for the initial list of branches the LTO reopened last month, you can click here for more on that.

Take note: The LTO has advised motorists that late renewal fees for documents such as driver’s licenses and motor vehicle registrations that expired during the enhanced community quarantine period have been waived. The agency has also specified a schedule for car owners who wish to apply for or renew their vehicle’s registration.
