The carpark at Terminal 3 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) now uses an automated parking system, which went live on March 1, 2025.
According to New NAIA Infra Corp. (NNIC), the system, which will “significantly reduce waiting times and improve overall traffic flow,” allows drivers to enter through unmanned carpark entrances, where they will receive a parking ticket. Exits are also unmanned, with drivers scanning their tickets on the QR code-based system.
NAIA Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 will get the same automated parking system on March 14.

As of now, parking fees may be paid by cash, but beginning March 14, other payment options like GCash, PayMaya, and debit and credit cards will be accepted. Autopay stations will also be put up by July 2025 for faster transactions.
“This new parking system is part of NNIC’s efforts to modernize NAIA and improve services for all airport users,” the official statement reads.
NNIC took over the management, maintenance, and operations of NAIA in September 2024. Among the changes implemented since then are the establishment of a centralized ride-hailing and taxi hub, opening the main arrival curbside in Terminal 1 to all passengers, expanding the inter-terminal shuttle fleet, and clearing out abandoned cars at terminal parking lots. It also raised the overnight parking fees for four-wheeled vehicles to P1,200 every 24 hours, reasoning that the higher rates discourage non-travelers from parking at the airport.
